Joanne has a particular interest in ongoing rehabilitation, care and support of clients with enduring and complex conditions, as well as creating and managing a flexible and bespoke case management service that enables clients to have choice and maximises independence.

Dawn is a skilled and experienced business manager based on many years of working in a variety of industries, most notably motor sport, and latterly in private clinical case management companies.

It is important that North Star operates efficiently to underpin our work with clients, and Dawn's role in this is pivotal. Dawn leads our business administration team, and as a group of committed professionals they ensure the company has the right resources to support our case managers in providing a high quality personalised service.

Dawn works collaboratively and continually reviews operational strategies to implement business change for the benefit of the service and our clients.

Jo Renshaw

Jo’s responsibility as Registered Manager is to make sure our clients receive safe, high quality, person centred care.

For many years Jo specialised in supporting youngsters with complex social care needs arising from conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, and brain injury.

On qualifying as a social worker Jo worked as a compassionate and effective case manager with a leading case management company. In 2017 she furthered her interest in learning and development in health and social care, and supported care workers to develop the right skills and knowledge to provide high quality care.

Jo leads our quality assurance team and together they work to ensure the service meets CQC standards and our own quality assurance policies, so that the care provided to our clients is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
